Resourceful Futures core operating values influence our culture, services development, communication, and relationships. The following are our core values:
COMPASSION- Resourceful Futures believes that staff need to demonstrate empathy, concern, kindness, consideration, and care when working with adults with developmental disabilities.
PERSON-CENTERED- Resourceful Futures believes that people with developmental disabilities and their families, guardians and other support networks are the people in the best position to make decisions with and for the individual.
ACTION-ORIENTED- Resourceful Futures is not satisfied with just talking about issues, we believe that solutions to issues need to be implemented when they are identified.
ACCOUNTABILITY- Resourceful Futures does appreciate that the funds for service provision are public funds and by-definition limited. We therefore are committed to using our funds in the most efficient and effective manner possible and remaining accountable for these funds.
INNOVATION- Resourceful Futures prides itself in being and innovator, one who is willing to try new things if the actions facilitate the fulfillment of the vision and mission statement.
